Our customers’ payment information is processed with the latest internet software for secure commerce transactions. All credit card payments to OrthoVet, LLC will appear on your credit card statement under the name OrthoVet, LLC.
Warranty
OrthoVet, LLC has an unconditional 30 day guarantee on our splints and braces to be free of structural and strapping problems for a period of 30 days under normal wearing conditions. If the product should fail during the 30 day time frame, OrthoVet, LLC will replace the splint free of charge. Please email customer service and include pictures of the failed product. OrthoVet Perfect Fit Guarantee Our top priority is to make sure your pet receives a perfect fit! Unlike our competitors, we manufacture every splint in house. This gives us the ability to make simple modifications upon request. We have a 30-day exchange or modify policy. The 30-day period starts from the date your order is received. Simply call our toll-free number 866-207-9205 for assistance. Within the 30-day period we will exchange for another size or modify your splint. If the splint simply will not work, we will give you a 100% credit towards a custom-made product and ship a free casting kit within 2 working days. Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
